Transfer of NSW property

The transfer of property in New South Wales is the process of conveying ownership of a property from one party to another. There are many reasons why you may be required to register a Transfer of Land on title if you are not buying or selling property.

These can include:

  • Transfer between partners

  • Transfer between family members i.e. parents, grandparents, children, siblings.

  • Transfer for Deceased Estates to a surviving party.

  • Shares in the title are to be changed.

  • Adding or removing a registered party on title
